The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and seven reach-in closets. You'll find a few other reach-in closets throughout the home. This house has a stackable washer and dryer, hot water on demand, and a functional wood-burning fireplace.
The loft space has enough room for two twin beds if desired. This house has an open kitchen dining room area and a large sun room that could also provide for extra storage to allow you to spread out more in the main living space.
This property is available partially furnished with a couch, one queen bed, two twin beds, one dresser, and one coffee table. The property is also available unfurnished upon request.
Tenant's Responsibilities
Tenants will have full usage of the entire home. Tenants must have rental insurance if desired to use the wood burning fireplace. They will also have usage of the swimming pond, kayak, and hiking trails. Tenants swim at their own risk.
Other Things to Note
Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the house.
Pets are not permitted on this property.
Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.
Linens and bedding, shower curtains, and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.
Frequent use items such as light switches, doorknobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lockboxes are treated with disinfectant products.

Tenants are responsible for fuel, electric, fire wood for fireplace, and cable. First, last and damage deposit is required with a signed lease. Leases are yearly.
