Located just 7 minutes from Stowe village and 3 minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort, this loft apartment is a quick and convenient place to stay if you're looking to ski this winter. The Mountain Road loft is a 2 bedroom upstairs full apartment with a separate space in the lower level that could provide extra space to spread out or to sleep for a couple or teens. This apartment is fully furnished and is close to the bus stop so you don't have to drive to the mountain on busy snow days. It even has a private hot tub.
The Space
The Mountain Road Loft is located within walking distance of the Matterhorn restaurant and the Notchbrook store and is only minutes to the mountain. The shuttle stops at the condos next door making it convenient to hop on so you don't have to drive. The loft has 2 bedrooms - the main bed room has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds that could be put together to make a king, if requested. The apartment is pet-friendly but keep in mind you are located next to a road.
The living space is a open plan living & dining room w/ full kitchen. There is addition living space located in the lower part of the building that could also provide extra sleeping space if needed. It has 2 twin beds that could also be pushed together if requested. The Mountain Road Loft apartment has easy access to the bike path, miles of mountain biking & hiking trails. It has fast 5G WiFi, blackout curtains & AC. New Samsung Smart TV w/ cable & streaming. We also provide ear plugs and a sound machine if you are a light sleeper as this apartment is located next to Route 108.
Tenant's Responsibilities
Tenants will have full usage of the entire home. They will also have usage of the hot tub. Tenants swim at their own risk.
Other Things to Note
Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the house.
Pets are welcomed on this property with prior permission.
Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.
Linens and bedding, shower curtains, and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.
Frequent use items such as light switches, doorknobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lockboxes are treated with disinfectant products.
