We do vacations differently. You know, anybody can stay in a hotel. But when we travel, we like to have the comforts of home: being able to do laundry, cook our own food, and have space to stretch out. Nothing beats having that feeling of a place to come back to, that this place is my home.
With every one of our stunning properties, we try to make the experience as comfortable and homey as possible. We create an atmosphere of warmth, belonging, relaxation, and safety.

Our mission is to make a greater diversity of vacationing spots available, to help more people discover the hidden gems of this paradise in the North. We curate our collection of homes and are highly selective. Each of our properties has personality and a story to tell.
Andre's Apex Property Management, LLC is independently owned and operated by Andre Somers and Katy Lanpher... that's us in the picture with our 4 children!
We were born and raised in Vermont. Katy grew up in Hyde Park, trained at the New England Culinary Institute, and for years worked as a chef on the Stowe scene before making the change to vacation rentals 7 years ago.
Andre grew up in Lyndonville and spent his youth on building sites and his grandparent's farm. Working with his hands is second nature, whether that's completing home repairs, building a playground, or rocking the baby to sleep.
