And that means we are on-hand, on-site, and on-call to meet your needs and care for your asset. How to Rent Your Home with Us

Let us know a little bit about your property - where it is, how many bedrooms it has, and anything that makes it special or is worth noting. We'll discuss whether we're a good fit to help you make the most of your vacation rental.
If it sounds like we might be a good fit, the next step is to schedule a walkthrough of your property. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and for us to get to know more about your home. We'll give you our opinion about the potential for your home to perform as a vacation rental.
We'll guide you through the process to get your vacation rental ready to welcome the first guests. This will include a VT Fire & Safety Inspection for short-term rentals, completing any necessary repairs, refurbishment, or decoration to bring your property up to the necessary standard, and a visit from a photographer.
Once everything is prepared, you'll complete a final review of the property listing. When you're happy with it, we'll turn it on and get to work promoting your home!
