Tenant's Responsibilities
You will have full usage of the entire home. Tenants must have rental insurance if desired to use the wood burning fireplace. When using the hot tub, you do so at your own risk.

Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the house.
Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.
Linens and bedding, shower curtains, and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.
Frequent use items such as light switches, doorknobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lockboxes are treated with disinfectant products.
