The Slope Side Townhouse is perfect for hiking, biking, skiing, or any outdoor adventures you can imagine. Access to the Toll House lift mere steps away.
Over 50 miles of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced single and double-track mountain biking terrain are all nearby. Alchemist & Idletyme Brewery and Stowe Cider, are all just down the road. This well-equipped townhouse sits high above the rest, with a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and space to sleep 6.
The Space
Nestled in the woods this cozy 2 bedroom townhouse has soaring ceilings and lots of windows make this an ideal for exploring the mountain of Stowe.
When you enter the townhouse you walk into a large mudroom with space for all those outdoor activities. The first level features a master bedroom with a king-size bed with a Vermont meets southwest feel. En suite bathroom and flat-screen tv.
On the second floor, you have another bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen tv, and a shared bath.
The third floor provides a large kitchen fully equipped for all your needs with seating for 6. A sunken living room with cozy couches, large flat screen tv, and an oversized chair. The wood-burning fireplace is nice to cozy up to after long days of skiing or on cool summer nights and there is a three-season deck where you can enjoy views of the area.
Guest Access
The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy, including the outside deck space. There is parking for two vehicles at the townhouse during the winter so that we can accommodate snow plows. One is under the covered carport (15C) the other will be directly in front of the stairs. (Two parking passes will be provided.) Additional vehicles may park in the general parking lot for the townhouses.
Other Things to Note
- POOL is for renters/homeowners only. No guests or parties. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. there is no lifeguard on duty. No glass containers, horseplay, loud noises, etc.
- There are several trails to ski back home depending on how much snow there is. Beginner trails 'Toll Road', and Derby Trail, both take you to our unit.
- In winter there is a shuttle stop across the street from the turn into the Toll House area should you want to go ski outside of the operating hours of the Toll House Double Lift.
Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.
Linens and bedding, shower curtains, and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.
Frequent use items such as light switches, doorknobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lockboxes are treated with disinfectant products.
