This makes a great weekend getaway for up to 8 guests.
The Space
This townhouse has a master bedroom with a king bed located on the main floor, with an attached bathroom. The second floor features two bedrooms, one with a set of twins and a private balcony, and another with a double bed. These rooms share an adjoining full bath.
This Stonybrook townhouse has a cozy home-like feel. Enjoy Vermont's beauty, with breathtaking mountain views and large open fields where you may see wildlife and beautiful sunsets all in the same day. The deck overlooks the views, rolling hills, country split-rail fences, and a historic Vermont barn. Stowe Country Townhouse is a great space to relax and enjoy the views right from the comfortable living room or deck. Convenient to most outdoor actives, walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Stonybrook's amenities include six tennis courts, two outdoor heated pools, 14km of Cross Country (Nordic) trails, a golf pitching area, exercise room, sauna, game room and the Recreation Path on-premises.
Guest Access
Guess will be given directions directly to Stoney Brook. Check-in is at 4 pm. We will have left the door unlocked and some lights on for you before your arrival. Please wait for instructions on how to get to your unit which will be sent a day or two before your arrival.
The whole house is for you to enjoy along with game room areas and, in the summer, access to 2 great outdoor pools.
Other Things to Note
- Please do not attempt to have a campfire outside on the lawn. Fires are not permitted by the homeowner and could result in loss of security deposit for damages. We have a lovely fireplace in the living room for you to enjoy. Please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EMPTY ASHES OR BURNT LOGS FROM FIREPLACE. Cleaners will empty them after your departure.
~Only one dog is allowed on the property with prior permission. NOTE: Any dogs staying must be authorized by me in advance of your stay. The owner of this home will consider additional dogs but may require a pet deposit. Please inquire.
~ Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the house.
Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.
Linens and bedding, shower curtains, and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.
Frequent use items such as light switches, doorknobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lockboxes are treated with disinfectant products.
