Located near the Toll Lift, this townhome has tons of opportunities for hikers, skiers, or just trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A large outside deck with furniture to enjoy for the summer and close to the Toll Lift for Ski-in / Ski-out possibilities for the winter. A large outdoor swimming pool for the summer months, two living spaces for the families to spread out (one with a wood-burning fireplace) and luxurious bathrooms. Get ready for your next adventure, whether that's visiting local breweries, shopping in the village of Stowe, or hiking Mount Mansfield.
The space is suitable for up to 7 guests and includes 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 baths.
Guest Access
The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy, including the outside deck space. There is parking for two vehicles at the townhouse during the winter so that we can accommodate snow plows. (Two parking passes will be provided for the winter months.) Additional vehicles may park in the general parking lot for the townhouses.
Other Things to Note
- POOL is for renters/homeowners only. No guests or parties. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty. No glass containers, horseplay, loud noises, etc.
- This homeowner is a collector of unique Burton boards, please take into consideration his choice of decor as it might not be to everyone's liking.
- There are several trails to ski back home depending on how much snow there is. Beginner trails 'Toll Road', and Derby Trail, both take you to our unit.
- In winter there is a shuttle stop across the street from the turn into the Toll House area should you want to go ski outside of the operating hours of the Toll House Double Lift.
Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.
Linens and bedding, shower curtains, and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.
Frequent use items such as light switches, doorknobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lockboxes are treated with disinfectant products.
