The fourth bedroom is a private suite with a King bed, a Jacuzzi tub, and a glass shower with walk-in closets, W/D, and the best views with a balcony. The kid's TV room is located off the garage.

Guest Access
Guests will be given a code to enter the property. An extra key will be left on the counter. The whole house is for you to enjoy.
Other Things to Note
- Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted on the property.
- No smoking in or around the hot tub.
- No unattended children in the hot tub. The use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
- Non-shedding pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Available for monthly or seasonal rentals only.
- You pay for all utilities.
Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.
Linens and bedding, shower curtains, and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.
Frequent use items such as light switches, doorknobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lockboxes are treated with disinfectant products.
