Just minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort, this condo features large windows that give plenty of natural light and provide beautiful mountain views. The entryway has plenty of storage. This multi-floor condo has been updated with seating for 6, plus room at the counter, updated appliances, and built-in coffee machine. Plenty of space to spread out and even a love seat to hang out on and relax in the dining area. Year-round heated pool, tennis courts and playground area for the kids.
The Space
The entryway has a nice bench for sitting and plenty of storage. As you go up the stairs, the first bedroom you come to has a queen bed and a bunk bed, an ensuite bathroom that has a jetted tub.
As you go up the next set of stairs you will find a nicely updated kitchen and dining area. Seating for 6, plus room at the counter, updated appliances, and built-in coffee machine. Plenty of space to spread out and even a love seat to hang out on and relax in the dining area.
Then up to the living room, you will find plenty of seating, great views of the pool from the balcony and surrounding mountains, wood-burning fireplace, and large flat screen tv.
The top floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom with a large shower. Outdoors you will find that you are conveniently located to the play structure for kids. Hiking trails right out the front door for any season. Pool open in summer and winter (heated to hot tub temp in winter). Great for apres! Tennis courts, covered parking.
The space is suitable for up to 6 guests and includes 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 baths.
Guest Access
Guests have the freedom to use the whole condo, Notchbrook amenities and walk the grounds.
Other Things to Note
- Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the house.
- Pool is closed between September 2nd - November 25th each year for maintenance.
Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.
Linens and bedding, shower curtains, and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.
Frequent use items such as light switches, doorknobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lockboxes are treated with disinfectant products.
