About this Space
Welcome to Après Bleu at Woodchip Residences. A brand new two-bedroom, two-bath condominium. It's the perfect home base for enjoying activities in all four seasons, as well as fabulous dining and the beautiful scenery of Vermont. Craft breweries, recreation paths, and the legendary Stowe Mountain Resort are all nearby. Garage parking for one vehicle included.
The Space
The condo is located on the second floor. Upstairs you'll find a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, streaming (smart) TV, and high-speed internet. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare dinner or have breakfast before heading out.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a streaming TV and a hallway bathroom. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in the utility room.
The space is suitable for up to 4 guests and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths.
PLEASE NOTE ~ the building is located next to Mountain Road (Route 108). If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. Amazon Echos (for white noise) are provided.
Guest Access
Guests will be given directions directly to the unit and the door will be unlocked and the lights left on for your arrival. An extra key will be left on the counter for your stay. The whole condo is for you to enjoy.
Other Things to Note
- Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the house.
- Please take your shoes and ski boots off while inside the condo.
Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.
Linens and bedding, shower curtains, and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.
Frequent use items such as light switches, doorknobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lockboxes are treated with disinfectant products.
